"You Know You Are a Star" is a thought-provoking track that encourages listeners to shift their perspective when feeling stressed. The track opens with a soothing melody that draws listeners in. "Are You Going to the Boris Party?" is a satirical track that draws inspiration from political events in the UK. The majority of the song was written after Boris Johnson's apology to Parliament at Prime Minister's Questions (PMQs) in January 2022. The last verse, added after the Sue Gray report was published, adds an additional layer to the track, reflecting the evolving nature of the situation.
